New Rates for May 01, 2010 to Dec. 31, 2010:

 $  576.00 per week. Weekly rental is 7 nights, max. 2 persons.  Apt. only

$1020.00 per week. Weekly rental is 7 nights, max. 6 persons. House only

$1360.00 per week. Weekly rental is 7 nights, max. 8 persons. House and apt.


Depending on availability, rates for less than one week are as follows:

Per nights stay

 $ 82.00 per night, max. 2 persons. Apt. only

$146.00 per night, max. 6 persons. House only

$194.00 per night, max. 8 persons. House and apt.

Check in 3:00 p.m., Check out 10:00 a.m.

For stays of 3 nights or more, a $250.00 deposit will hold the reservation until payment in full is made 45 days prior to your arrival. The $250.00 will become the cleaning/damage deposit. This will be returned to you 10 days after departure if no outside cleaning is required and there is no damage.

Deposits refunded with 45 days notice minus $50.00 cancellation fee.

5% Trinity County Occupancy Tax  applied to all stays.
