About Us
Amoss Property Management specializes in custom and upper end vacation home rentals in Trinity County’s spectacular Coffee Creek area.
Greg and Debbie Amoss, the Owners of Amoss Property Management, fell in love with Coffee Creek when Greg first brought Debbie here for a vacation back in the early 70’s. Greg had come to Coffee Creek and Mountain Meadow Ranch with his family when he was a teenager. And as many of us do, he was determined to return and own a home here some day. There is a magic feeling about Coffee Creek and the Trinity Alps area that you never forget.
Greg and Debbie raised their two children and built a successful Custom Home Building Company while saving and looking for a piece of property to build their own dream vacation home on. Then in 1990 they found it. Because they love and enjoy their home in Coffee Creek so much, and believe whole heartedly in the extraordinary feeling you get from the North Trinity Lake Area, they decided to make custom and upper end homes available to other families, and there is the beginning spark for Amoss Property Management.
It is our goal as the Owners of Amoss Property Management to offer custom and upper end homes to vacationing families or groups in the Coffee Creek area. All offered homes will be set up to make your vacation as relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
